A Four-Station Coconut Testa Remover (or Coconut Peeling Machine) is a semi-automatic industrial machine designed to remove the thin brown skin—called the testa—from the white coconut kernel after the husk and hard shell have already been removed. In this machine, four peeling stations operate simultaneously, allowing multiple operators to work at once or allowing several kernels to be processed in parallel, which significantly increases the overall output. Each station typically contains a high-speed friction wheel or abrasive roller lined with emery cloth or sandpaper. When the deshelled coconut kernel is pressed gently against the rotating abrasive surface, the brown testa layer is uniformly scraped off, leaving clean white coconut meat suitable for further processing such as desiccated coconut, virgin coconut oil, coconut chips, or other value-added products
